How do I prep my artwork?
All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .TIF, .PDF, and .JPG
How much are the setup fees?
FREE for all basic orders.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 14 days. Once artwork is approved and deposit is paid you will be given an estimated in hand date.
Do you have a minimum quantity?
Yes, our minimum is 25 pieces per design. However, we recommend printing at least 50 pieces for the best pricing.
Can you print on a shirt that isn’t listed?
Of course! As long as we can get the garment we will print on it for you.
What is an under allowance?
Our standard over/under allowance is 3%. Every now and then there are small errors on the press, and or the shirt vendor. These are unforeseeable events and we will always refund your card up to the 3% threshold; past that we will reprint the product. We highly recommend ordering a few extra garments.
Do you have to pay upfront?
We require a 50% deposit to begin the order. The remaining 50% is due before shipping or picking up the finished product.
Can I pick up my shirts?
Of course! If you are in the area we would love to meet you in person.
Can you match a custom Pantone color?
If you have a specific color we can match it. Additional fees apply.
